If you are having trouble logging in, it usually has to do with one of three problems listed below. If you still are unable to login, please contact us with your web address and a description of what happened when you tried to login. Please include a copy of any error messages you may have seen.
Here are the most typical problems:
- You typed in your web name incorrectly

You typed your web name incorrectly
Make sure you type in NAMEOFYOURSITE only as per
www. NAMEOFYOURSITE.DesignOwnWeb.com. If your site
was www. abcdef.DesignOwnWeb.com, you should be logging in with abcdef.
The system does not accept your user name or password
To check if you are having this problem, you can have your password emailed to you. To do this, go to the homepage and click on "Forgot Password?"
The system accepts your user name and password but you are not actually logged in
This problem occurs if you successfully login but anytime you try to edit you are prompted to login again.
This is almost always a problem with your cookies file. A cookies file is a file kept on your computer to help us positively identify you are who you say you are when you access our computer. It is essentially used as a security measure by DesignOwnWeb.
